We’re now gearing up to bring it to market and are looking for the right VP of Sales / Chief Commercial Officer to build and lead our commercial team.

What you’ll do:

• Define and execute our commercial strategy: Craft and implement a strategic commercial roadmap that delivers our disruptive vision and growth targets

• Build and lead: Establish and scale a high-performance sales and marketing team, laying the foundation for our future commercial organisation

• Hands-on leadership: In true start-up fashion, roll up your sleeves and lead by example, from forging key partnerships to closing strategic deals

• Shape our culture: Bring an authentic, value-driven approach that enhances our collaborative and innovative environment

What you bring:

• Experience: Proven track record in scaling a semiconductor business or similar high-tech division from early stages to €50m+ revenue

• Entrepreneurial spirit: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building commercial operations from scratch

• Hands-on approach: A leader who’s not afraid to dive into details and take action to drive growth

• Passion for sustainability: Alignment with our mission to make energy-efficient technology a reality for battery-powered devices worldwide
